Class is held in Banbridge leisure centre at the following times:
5.30pm - 6.30pm for the kids.
6.30pm-7.30pm Tuesday and Friday for the adults.
So come along and bring a friend for some fun as the first leeson is free!
So a bit about me. Well ive been training for over 6 years now and am currently a 1ST Degree Black Belt i train 2 or more times a week, also get to the gym twice a weeks for some relaxation (yes im weird and find the gym peaceful).
Check out http://www.tagb.biz/results.html for how we do in the competitons every year. Were a good club for winning medals and the most active for heading over the water to enter competitions.
